How To Add A Team Member (Organization)

Learn how to add an organization as a team member to your organization in the Equa App.

Step 1: Getting Started

  • Click “Team Members” in the main navigation bar
  • Click the “Add Member” button

Step 2: Team Member Information

  • Select “Organization” and fill in the team member information fields.
    • If their organization is already created in the Equa App, you can link their Equa account using their Equa ID. Their Equa ID can be found on their Organization’s detail page.
    • NOTE: We highly recommend adding their email address, so you can invite them to your organization when ready 
  • You can add as many details as you’d like by completing the entire form
This completes the process of signing up for adding an organization as a team member
