Hover over “Capitalization” in the main navigation bar, then click the “Cap Table” button in the drop-down menu
Click the three horizontal dots menu, then click the "Transfer" button
Step 2: Transferring The Shares
Fill in the required fields starting with the Recipient (Transfer To), Transaction Value (Issue Date), and the Contributing Team Member (Transfer From Member, Transfer From Certificate, and Number of Shares)
Note: You can do a full transfer or a partial transfer of shares
You can enter as many details as you’d like by completing the entire form including attaching documents and notes
Click the “Transfer” button
This completes the process of transferring a share
